David Collins
Managing Attorney
David Collins is licensed in Maryland and West Virginia. Mr. Collins practiced law in West Virginia for over ten years in litigation, real estate, and appeals prior to joining Lake Title in 2020.
Mr. Collins graduated from West Virginia University College of Law, where he served as Publications Editor for the West Virginia Law Review. Mr. Collins’ student note was published and he received the “Most Valuable Editor” award his third year of law school.
While in law school, Mr. Collins served as a research assistant to Professor Vincent Cardi and as a student reference librarian at the College of Law Library. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Collins worked for the Preservation Directorate at the Library of Congress in Washington, D.C.
Mr. Collins lives in Oakland, Maryland with his wife and two children and enjoys hiking and camping with his family in the Monongahela National Forest and in the many state parks of Garrett County.
Sunni Imhoff
Licensed Title Producer
Sunni was born and raised here in Garrett County, and it was important to her to find a career that kept her in her hometown. In 2018, she started working at Sage Title Group where she received training in all things title. That office closed in 2020 and shortly after, Lake Title made its grand opening where she was able to continue her career right here in DCL. Sunni is a licensed Maryland title producer and has extensive knowledge that you can count on.
Sunni resides in Oakland with her husband, two Brittany Spaniels and they are expecting a baby boy in October 2023. Family is everything to Sunni and that’s who you can find her with in her free time. If you choose to work with Lake Title, Sunni will be eager to make your experience a great one!
Megan Frazee
Title Processor
Megan is a native of West Virginia, who has resided in Cranesville throughout her lifetime. Therefore, she is very familiar with the surrounding areas of Preston and Garrett County. After graduating from Preston High School, she went into health care for four years and at that point she decided she wanted a new challenge. Megan has become skilled in gathering information and communicating between all parties involved in the closing process. She has a passion for service and strives for a smooth closing and client satisfaction.
When Megan is out of the office, you can find her spending time with family on their farm, and enjoying the outdoors with her French Mastiff, Ace. She recently became engaged and plans on marring her fiancé in the winter of 2023. If you choose to work with Lake title, Megan will be excited to work with you!
